Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your package is on it's way. We will notify you if there is a delay or change in shipping method.

Order Issues

We do our very best to ensure orders are accurate. If there is an issue with your order we will make it right. Simply send us an email with your order number and explanation of the issue to info@no9essentials.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives in poor condition, please send us your order number along with a photo of the product/package. We will gladly send you a replacement. Photos are required for insurance purposes.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Since our products are made to fulfill your order and are personal use items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsure which product to choose, feel free to contact us for recommendations before purchasing.
